How long do I have to return an item?
At Interior Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you can easily do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Who pays for the return shipping?
We always strive to offer you the best possible service; however, return shipping is your responsibility. You are free to choose your shipping method, but please ensure you select one that provides proof of delivery.
Can I also return discounted items?
Reduced items and special offers are excluded from returns. We recommend carefully checking whether the item meets your expectations before purchasing.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will take care of finding a suitable solution for you as quickly as possible.
Are there any additional shipping costs?
We strive to make shipping costs as transparent as possible. The exact shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item as well as the shipping address. These will be clearly displayed during the ordering process, so you don't have to worry about any hidden costs.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Small furniture and accessories are usually delivered within 14-21 days .
Bulky furniture such as sofas or dining tables takes a little longer, usually about 4-6 weeks .
Custom-made products have a variable delivery time, which we will coordinate with you individually. We will keep you updated at all times!
Can I track my order?
We don't offer shipment tracking by default. However, if you'd like, we'll gladly provide you with the relevant tracking information upon request.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each product. We offer free home delivery for orders over €200 – right to your doorstep.
Where do you ship to?
We, the Interior Boutique, ship our products within Europe , excluding Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and other non-EU mainland countries. If you have any questions about specific shipping destinations, please feel free to contact us!
